I use these towelettes and their lotion- two of my favorite face cleaning products on the market. These are quick and convenient- very handy to take with you on vacation, especially if you're flying! I can use them with ease even on my thick, heavy mascara! Comes off like a charm. If you use it too much and have dry skin, you may have some irritation though.

If you have that problem, toner is a great way to combat it. Not alcohol based toner though!! That will dry you out worse. I've found my best results to be with a scented rose petal toner that contains aloe vera- Witch Hazel Rose Petal Toner with Aloe Vera + FREE Retinol Cream. Plus it not only does using toner help with removing make up, it actually clears beneath the surface too!!

I heard about this product from an American friend who kindly sent me some as a gift. As a 60 something I have the usual wrinkles associated with age however after using this amazing product for just over a month, I am hooked and was delighted to learn from Facebook that it is now available in UK. It's not cheap (well not as cheap as a gift) but its sooo worth the price. Not a miracle cure (but then nothing would be) but definitely younger looking eyes and softer,more supple skin. I was told about Elite Serum and tried it. I loved it immediately: it is light and cool,completely absorbs in seconds and made my eyes feel fresh and clear. After about 3 weeks I could see the puffiness reduce and the dark circles reducing. Whilst I have never dyed my hair, and view most beauty products with a degree of male skepticism - I equally am not overly fond of looking at my increasingly craggy face in the mirror. The occasional glimpse of moisturiser only does so much to a skin used to a lifetime of exposure to all the elements ( which, being an active chap, includes grease, mud, sharp metal shavings, plaster dust etc) .

So being of a scientific bent, and having watched a science programme which looked into how this stuff works ( it basically encourages the deep layers of your skin to re-open failing communications with the surface layers ) I thought I would give it a try. OK, you may ask - does it work? Yes - without a doubt.

After 3 weeks it has not got rid of all my wrinkles - only polyfiller could achieve that - but small ones have vanished and even the large crevases are much smoothed, my skin feels much younger and taughter - not just after I have put the goo on - but all the time. As an added benefit, my hands - which I use to apply the small amount of goo, used to suffer from cracked and dry skin - and from the small amount they absorb ( very quickly ), seem also to be less prone to soreness/dryness.

The pain will now come when I have run out of my initial bottle and have to raid the piggybank to buy another. If you can afford it, and if you have enjoyed life so much that it is begining to show, then I would not hesitate to recommend.

I did still get new spots (But no where near as many as normal) up until 6 weeks of use but the last couple of weeks I haven't had any new breakouts at all.

Vita Liberata pHenonemal Tanning Mousse - I had been using Vita Liberata Phenominal 'Medium' and found it easy to use with a relatively long lasting finish and natural fade. However I thought it produced a pleasant gold rather than an obvious tan and therefore tried the 'Dark'.

The 'Dark' did not seem to give a particularly greater depth of colour but it did seem a little less orange on application. I would however reommend either product for the simplicity of use. There is little smell and after it has dried I found little marking on clothes or sheets. The colour when first applied is good enough to go out but it deepens over time and certainly the fading tan does look realistic. Whether the product would provide a satisfactory level of tan for 2-3 weeks is debateable. I found the best method to be a 3-5 day quick top up to maintain a golden look on my legs (primary use area)which did look good.
