Paul Smith Rose Eau De Parfum Perfume For Women

Paul Smith Rose Eau De Parfum Perfume For Women - I was aware of this perfume's existence for several years but had discounted the possibility of my ever purchasing it, since I expected it to be reminiscent of Yardley's fragrance, and therefore to be a bit too old-fashioned. Then I noticed this perfume soaring through amazon best seller charts, as it is without doubt a superb bargain, but with superb buyer feedback to boot. So I thought I would give it a try, and I have to say that all of the positive reviews are absolutely spot on.

This is indeed a rose fragrance but a truly modern and fresh one. It doesn't have that icky 'powdery' artificial rose smell. The single most divine fragrance in nature is a rose in full bloom, and this perfume encapsulates that natural fresh aroma perfectly.

Yet there are other fragrance notes in there too, which give this perfume a lighter and more modern fragrance than the rose alone, and lift it up to be something truly extraordinary, without detracting from it's essential 'roseness'. I can smell violets in there, and something else which I can't quite make out the scent of - something greener and fresher. As you walk to and fro, you won't be able to help noticing that you're leaving a gorgeous lingering swirl of fragrance in your wake, which lasts throughout the day.

As you may be able to tell by now, I'm truly converted to this fragrance. I may need to purchase a back-up bottle or two!
